Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unused condition
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Include original receipt or proof of purchase
- Electronics must not be opened or activated
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened software, digital products, or downloadable items
- Personal care items for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Return
Log into your account and go to "My Orders". Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return". Choose your reason for return and submit the request.
Step 2: Package Your Return
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Print and attach the return label provided in your return confirmation email.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically 3-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same product. Contact our customer service team at support@shophub.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.
